Please note:

For direct debit accounts the first payment must be received within 14 days from the date of the domain name purchase of your website.

With all our monthly website payment packages we use an automated index account system. This simply means that after 3 days any websites that have not received payments in relation to there monthly payment cycle, go offline (automatically)

As this is an automated payment system websites cannot go back online until the direct debit enters the account.

If the website is offline for more than 14 days an administration fee of £25.00 is required to retrieve the data.

After 14 days (from the day a website go's offline) websites that are still not receiving payments are automatically removed from our servers.

Again please note that this is an automated payment system and websites only go off if payments are not being recieved.

The automated payment system was introduced to update accounts and save us the time of checking what account may default. As we now maintain a large amount of websites. The automated payment system saves us such time that we can utilize on maintaining other websites that do not default.
